Aufgrund meiner vorherigen positiven Erfahrungen mit Massagematten habe ich mich für diese entschieden. Die Matte ist qualitativ hochwertige und hat eine sehr schöne Größe, die den gesamten Rücken gut abdeckt. Die ersten Minuten der Anwendung empfinde ich meist als ziemlich schmerzhaft, was aber typisch für solche Matten ist. Doch sobald die Durchblutung gefördert wird, vergeht dieser anfängliche Schmerz und auch die vorherigen Verspannungsschmerzen lösen sich. Nach der Anwendung fühle ich mich deutlich entspannter und schmerzfrei.
