A: No, just the knife, it wasn’t very sharp.

A: No pouch or case. Also it is suppose to "lock," but mine doesn't.

A: It is stainless steel.  I doubt if it is 440 stainless steel, if it was I’m sure it would say so.

A: Diamond no, butter yes.  Depends what you mean by “material”.
