Review: Super Produkt, jederzeit zu empfehlen
Review: I bought four binos all highly regarded as top notch for the PRICE POINT OF $300 This Athlon Midas The Nikon Monarch 5 The Maven C1 The Meopta Optika All “HD” or “UHD” glass Al with ED glass All 10x42, except for Monarch, 12x42 I also already own the Maven C3 12x50 ($450) Though the Monarch and C1 did very well, they were edged out for #1 by the Meopta. Day time clarity was excellent. Time-to-focus is best i’ve ever tried. God eye relief. Eye box was not picky at all, #1 in the group. Although i dont have a scale on hand, it was clearly the heaviest of the four though advertised as being mid-pack. Its low light capabilities is were it really shines. It was the brightest by far the best of the five in low light situations. In fact, though the Monarchs and C3s are 12x, the Meoptas could pick out details and colors better in low light. Ergonomics were very good. The Monarch and the Mavens were second in sharpness during daytime to the Meopta. The Athlons could not compete with any of the other four in opticals qualities in any way. Athlons only good property are ergonomics. I returned the Monarch (and the Midas and Maven C1) and ended up keeping the Optika as it was the clear winner in all categories except weight. My first experience with the Meopta brand and i have to say im sold on the brand so far.
