A: Yes, it is a two pack.

**Q: Do you have this in brass?**
A: I have not seen in brass only from some off companies. I would never buy from one of them. Stainless steel is the way to go is this is so close to the ground it will never rust or stick.

**Q: How does this work? I have to push it very hard, and couldn't make it bounce back?**
A: Step on it once to set it, step on it again to release it. Sounds like yours aren't working properly. I don't have to push very hard to set mine.
