**Q: Is this pitcher made of hard plastic or flexible plastic?**
A: Hard plastic you definitely have to be careful with it because it can break easily. But I love this iced tea maker.

**Q: Are there paper filters that can be used with this coffee maker?**
A: Paper filters are not required since it has a permanent filter, but you can use a standard #4 coffee filter. I find it makes cleanup much easier.

**Q: Is the pitcher dishwasher safe?? Would love a response from the Seller please!**
A: I have put in dishwasher with no problems

**Q: After one use the lid over the brew basket no longer closes. Anyone else have this problem?**
A: No problems at all with any of the parts, and we use it 5 to 6 times a week.

I drink ALOT of ice tea. This is a great product. Easy to clean and lots of flavor. The marks for water and ice are way off in order to get a full pitcher but once i figured out what works it was amazing.
