We still needed to use needles and/or clips to hold it in place. **Q: Does this tape make the needle sticky?** A: It didn’t make my needle sticky. It was just a little thicker to sew through. **Q: Can this tape form a permanent bond?** A: No it is temporary best for hems, seam lines and the like. **Q: Is this tape made of plastic or fabric? Thanks** A: It can be used for fabric not made of fabric.
