Review: Excellent boots! - Great boots, very comfortable, flexible, and sturdy for hiking, I live in the desert and prospect frequently, bottom of boots are nonslip and grip very well in rocks, in sand, and on hard rocky surfaces, so comfortable did not even realize I was wearing them,,,snakes are a worry for me as they blend into the environment and do not want to get bit, these boots provide excellent insulation to keep my feet warm and snake bite prevention is a plus, and the ability to tuck pants into them They do not get snagged on bushes or anything, made of excellent material! Have not had a chance to test the waterproof ability as living in the desert there is no water, but was satisfied with the boots enough to buy a second regular pair of hiking boots! Highly recommend these boots or other boots from this manufacturer, boots came with a second pair of insoles, but needed to purchase a higher arch insole and more cushion for older feet! Was skeptical at first, but Would definitely buy from this manufacturer again!

This boot has many of the features of boots at twice the price. Guality is good and having a side zipper is a great feature. It is well suited for heavy usage, but I have not had the opportunity to try out the water proff feature.
