It has a 1/2-inch OD inlet port that is designed to fit 1/2-inch schedule 40 PVC slip fitting with O-ring, and a 3/4-inch OD outlet. To ensure secure mounting on vertical wall or to back of outlet boxes, a wall bracket and four Phillips Pan Head Screws are provided. The AG140-002 allows space for washer drain hook or soft rubber or plastic washer hose. - ♥ STANDPIPE CONNECTION: The AG140-002 comes with a 4-inch long, 7/8-inch ID flexible rubber hose that fits onto the air gap’s 3/4-inch OD outlet. It is designed to fit into recessed washing machine outlet boxes with 1-1/2-inches or 2 inches standpipe. The air gap is tested at 15 gallons per minute and recommended usage is 7 gallons per minute. - ♥ SPLASH PROTECTION: The AG140-002 air gap uses splash guards to assure a completely dry operation.
