The SB sport boat on the boat is even mine and husband's initials (Shasta and Brandon). We did have an accident with the boat the second summer, when we put the boat in the bed of the truck with side railings in the dark. It tore a big rip in the bottom. The first repair didn't hold up, but still floated 5 of us. We ended up using a rubber lining to patch and has been going ever since. We put a 9.9 mercury, but kind of wished we had gotten a 12 for when we have a boat load and going up current. We did purchace the aluminum bottom. It is 2025 and the boat is still going. We have gotten so much use and enjoyment out of it! Review: Love It - Installation wasn't too bad. Make sure you don't inflate it too much prior to installing the aluminum floor. I bought it to use as a dinghy on a 53' boat and added a 9.9 HP Mercury. Very happy with its performance and carrying capacity. It only comes with one seat, not two like the picture. I'll be ordering the second seat, but I wish I had known that up front so that I could have ordered it with the boat. Update: Been using it for 2 years now and still very happy with it. With the 9.9 HP motor it will do 19 mph. With 2 people 17 mph and with 3 people 15 mph. That is on a normal day with chop. On a calmer day you might gain 1 or 2 mph. With 1 or 2 people it gets on plane pretty fast and stays on easily, with 3 it struggles getting on plane and staying on plane. It can take a 15 HP motor and that probably won't change how fast it gets on plane, but will probably improve the top end a little and help maintain plane easier with 3 people. However, normally you don't max out the HP on these boats. I am happy with the 9.9 HP performance. ## Features - BUILT FOR LASTING DURABILITY & STABILITY: Inflatable boats for adults made with heat-welded PVC and a reinforced .9mm 1100-denier rip-resistant fabric layer for heavy-duty use; resists punctures, UV exposure, oil stains, and everyday wear, while the stylish high-pressure drop-stitch air floor helps provide smooth, comfortable, stable rides equal to a RIB for casual boating and fishing - SPACIOUS AND HIGHLY CAPACITABLE: Supports up to 5 people and a maximum load of 1268 lbs; ideal for family trips, fishing expeditions, or tendering, making it one of the best boats for fishing, offering ample space and stability for all your water adventures - EFFORTLESS SETUP & STORAGE: Our inflatable fishing boat has an included high-pressure PSI foot pump for quick 10 min inflation; a lightweight 80lbs rolled up design for convenient packing and storage, ideal for spontaneous fishing or recreational trips without the hassle of heavy equipment - VERSATILE MOTOR COMPATIBILITY: This inflatable pontoon boat supports up to a 15HP motor for faster speeds and greater maneuverability; accommodates both 2-stroke and 4-stroke motors, offering flexibility whether you’re fishing or cruising in fresh or salt water. There are many options on Amazon. **Q: Where is it made?** A: I think China. The quality is very good. I have a very slow leak in one of the chambers at a seam. I am sealing it with a patch kit purchased on line. Otherwise this is a very good dingy. Really nice Aluminum floor. **Q: In your product discription it say "9 mm 1100 denier thick pvc materials." that's .35 inches thick. was this a mistake?** A: The material is a .9 mm 1100 denier thick reinforced PVC material that is UV, oil stain, and puncture resistant. Same thickness of material used on white water rafts. **Q: How long does it take to assemble? Is it practical to assemble / disassemble regularly? Take to the gulf for a long weekend & pack it up for travel?** A: Took my husband about an hour to assemble. Since the floor boards are a little tricky, I would not want to assemble and disassemble regularly. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made and fun dinghy boat *by S***A on November 20, 2025* I bought this instead of a honey moon for my wedding in 2020. Got so much space and my husband put some Eva Foam, color gray with black stripes on the aluminium floor and now got this great and more soft look. Using it with a 15hp Suzuki in color white. Look flawless!!! ## Frequently Bought Together - Inflatable Sport Boats Killer Whale 10.8' - Model SB-330 - Aluminum Floor Premium Heat Welded Dinghy with Seat Bag - Inflatable Sport Boats Aluminum Bench Seat with Slide Attachments - Newport UV Resistant Inflatable Dinghy Boat Cover, Grey, 11-12-Feet --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/29800693-killer-whale-10-8-inflatable-dinghy-aluminum-floor-dinghy-durable](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/29800693-killer-whale-10-8-inflatable-dinghy-aluminum-floor-dinghy-durable) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
