I wasn't sure what to expect with this product or how it was going to make me feel. I suffer with bipolar depression and have been on all types of medications and herbal remedies for most of my life. I don't like the side effects that medications give me, and made the choice to take myself off of these medications and utilize other methods of dealing with this issue. I have been pleasantly surprised by the results of this product. I didn't really notice anything drastic for the first couple of weeks.
