It is a bit awkward at first but once you do it a few times it isn’t difficult to put on. Plus the advertising says free international shipping and I was charged.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally something that works *by on Reviewed in the United States 25 December 2023* Gives good support to the lower abdomen and more comfortable than most binders by far, and I've tried a LOT. I had to take off one star for comfort; the edges of the velcro can abrade the skin if it's not perfectly centered. Overall, though, I'm very happy to have found it. It's been the only binder I've found that controls the overhang of a severe ventral hernia and has given me a measure of a better quality of life. Thank you, Uriel! ### ⭐⭐⭐ It does roll *by on Reviewed in the United States 21 November 2023* Initially, it really helped my lower back pain. Eventually though, it began to roll in the back. It was much less supportive at that point.
