I did complain about this and they refunded my money. **Q: Smoothing creme or styling creme? Need smoothing creme!** A: This is definitely a smoothing Creme. Lasts all day. **Q: Will this help to give body to a short pixie cut with fine hair or does it make your hair straight and flat to your head?** A: My hair is medium length and naturally curly. I live in Louisiana so I have to deal with the humidity so my goal is to make my hair flatter and less frizzy. I have always washed my hair with a straightening shampoo and conditioner before putting this in my hair to help out with the straightening so I'm not sure how this will work without the help of a straightening shampoo & conditioner. I always flip my head over and give it a little shake to add some body after I straighten with my flat iron before I spray with hairspray. So it might just depend on the type of hair you have. **Q: can I use other hair products along with this on my hair, should I use this product first and then my other hair produts or vise versa? Thanks** A: You can use this with other hair products! ## Frequently Bought Together - John Frieda Frizz-Ease Straight Fixation Styling Creme 5 oz (Pack of 6) - John Frieda Frizz Ease Secret Weapon Touch Up Cream: Anti-Frizz Styling Cream for Smooth, Frizz-Prone Hair (4 oz, Pack of 2) - John Frieda Anti Frizz, Frizz Ease Extra Strength Hair Serum with Argan Oil, Anti-Humidity Spray for Hair, Nourishing Treatment for Thick, Coarse Hair, 1.69 Oz, Pack of 2 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/295292168-john-frieda-frizz-ease-straight-fixation-smoothing-creme-5-oz](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/295292168-john-frieda-frizz-ease-straight-fixation-smoothing-creme-5-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
