A: Yes. I base it on preference. I used 2 tbs for hot chocolate. My son used 3-4 I'm just gonna say scoops to make his. It blends well. Their Spiced Chai is Fire.. hope that helps

Hot coca is very good, the price is fairly unreasonable. Cost used to be around $10 a bag but has more than doubled in the past two years. It went from everyday use to special occasions rather quickly.
