**Q: My op-z won't power on or even charge up!? i just opened it yest.after finally completing my home studio.can't use my 2 moduals of course! advise me..**
A: Please plug your OP-Z into to a computer with your USB-C cable and power it on. Take out the battery from the OP-Z while still connected with the computer. Then press SCREEN, a red LED will light up, confirming there is not battery inserted (this will reset the battery indicator). Turn off the OP-Z and reinsert the battery back in the unit. The next time you turn on the OP-Z , it should work properly.

**Q: When is the OP-Z planning on being restocked?**
A: Hi, you can check the stocks at [https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B07HMF1G57].

**Q: can i get the m-1 headphones from here?**
A: You can get the Teenage Engineering M-1 On-Ear Headset at [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082WJ7YQ3].

**Q: Would you recommend this tool to new music makers?**
A: No. The user interface is complex and hard to learn, and could distract a new music maker from their creativity. Start with garage band.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Semplice ed efficace
*by M***_ on 24 July 2024*
