That noodle quality alone is enough to justify the price premium. It is very firm and has a nice chew to it. Well seasoned, a little spicy but if you want it hotter, you can always add additional heat. Slightly creamy from the coconut powder. Initially I made it like ramen, adding boiling water to a bowl full of the noodles and seasonings. That's not what the instructions say though. You are supposed to mix the seasonings with water, boil, then add the noodles. The latter is MUCH more delicious!! Not that the former method is bad. If you don't have acceess to a pot and stove, then adding boiling water to the noodles/spice is still fantastic. The noodles rehydrate very well and they are just the right level of chewiness. Perfect texture. One pkg says 2 servings but I would say 1 package is a hearty meal. The price is a little high. If it were lower priced, I would buy and eat this more often.
