Factory might claim the air filter allowed too big particles into the engine & caused damage, but it's a slim argument that they would have to prove. Electrical, transmission, etc. failures can't be caused by an air box. Check to see the filter's micron rating making sure it's better than OEM & you're on solid ground. Technically, anything you do could void warranty (nerf bars, brush gards, exhaust, light bars, etc.) but the chances of a denied claim are slim. Also, each state has it's own rules & regs in regards to warranties. Don't be bullied. Quality product, easy to install and great performance for a bolt on upgrade. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good not great. *by C***S on 17 September 2014* Not worth the extra money compared to the k and n. This is more than double the price. I would go with the volant or k and n. I have this and a flowmaster outlaw exhaust on my 2014 gmc sierra crew cab 5.3L. while there is better throttle response I believe my fuel mileage has decreased about 4mpg on average. Maybe I just need to have my truck tuned. However the product that I recieved was a quality product and came with awesome instructions and install took about 30min.
