I have a bunch of those flimsy silicone molds that are very troublesome and difficult. So I wanted to upgrade and so here we are.As the pictures show, they came out great. I had a lot of difficulty getting them out, but this is more than likely due to my inexperience and not tempering them chocolate correctly (still working on that). But an hour in the freezer and out they came! I didn’t tap the mold enough to get rid of the bubbles, but as you can see they are clean and smooth.
