I put it all over my abs and put my waist trainer on and go for a walk or to the gym. You really can feel the heat! Then after my workout I take off the waist trainer and I’m drenched in sweat!!! Really works!! One word of caution from my experience when applying use a glove or wash your hands right away. For me, After applying I usually put my waist trainer on immediately, but every now and then my arms will brush up against my waist as I’m putting on the waist trainer and I forget. So I end up getting this burning rash on my arms that’s lasts for at least 20 min if I don’t wash it off right away, and it stings and burns.
