As I got it from the resale/warehouse, there's slight scuffing on the ears which is a bit sharp, but as it's on the back of the item it isn't too much of an issue. I'm still happy with the purchase. The colours are great and it's cute when he holds the controller/phone - never to be lost of damaged again!
