I used this tape recently for my wedding reception to create an entire wall of colorful paper fans and to hang several light curtains. The paper fans were all circular, made from a quality cardstock and ranged in size from 8"-20" in diameter, with several "statement pieces" that were a good 40"-60" in diameter and featured several different colored layers attached to each other (so it stuck out from the wall a good 8"-10" - so there was some weight for this tape to support.) The lights were a decent weight as the main, top power line (I used two light curtains on one wall behind the colored fans) was about 10' long with a 9' strand of lights, each strand hanging all the way to the floor, spaced about 6" apart. So the lights required even more support. I am please to report that NOTHING came off or loose during the entire event, until I removed the decorations the next day. If your pictures are framed, then you may just need to use several smaller pieces placed around the back of your frame (even small sized pieces - between 2"-3" are pretty powerful and will hold very well.) I am so very happy with this tape as it has proven effective for way more than just crafting. It actually helps with household repairs and such. **Q: Would this be strong enough to hold a large 140mm computer fan in place hanging from the underside of the mounting location (vibration issue)?** A: I'm not sure of the size and weight of the fan and if this would be the right solution for your mounting needs.
