## Questions & Answers

**Q: Think these are ok for just an everyday shoe?**
A: I personally wouldn’t wear them for an everyday shoe. They are flat so not a lot of cushion specifically for weight lifting. There are many other shoes better suited for daily wear

**Q: Heel toe offsef ?**
A: 4mm

**Q: How is the arch support on these?**
A: Pretty good, I have plantar fasciitis and have no problem wearing these shoes for the gym and I do a little running as well with no issues.

**Q: ladies! what is the size variation between these and the metcons 4? i wear a size 9 in metcons, will it be the same in these?**
A: I had the nano 7 and found the 9 way too wide in the toe box so I sent them back
