They had spots of glue and points that stuck into the wheel, I had to cut each one off. Because I had followed the direction and removed the wheel assemblies from the vacuum, reinstalling the new wheels was simple. When the job was done the new tires fit perfect and work perfect, just a little harder than I had hoped. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Not an easy task *by T***G on Reviewed in the United States on March 16, 2023* Changing these out on an S9 is no easy task. Once you get them changes don’t forget to remap because these things are pretty beefy and at least for me on the carpeted floor the robot was getting lost.To change on an S9 you need to remove the dust bin, flip over and remove the vacuum beater assembly, remove the cover behind the beaters, disconnect the battery, can’t remember if any screws hold the wheel assembly in but for one you need to fold the cliff eye up and for both you have to push the release for the wheel assembly on the inside of the dust bin compartment. Once the wheel assembly is out the pain begins. On the S9 not only is the tread glued on but it is also pined in. I had to remove the spring that holds the wheel down by taking the one screw out of the plastic shield on the motor. Don’t let the spring fly!! Then I had to walk the tread on in a way that didn’t damage anything. This is a very tight squeeze and could easily break something. I don’t recommend doing this or using this product unless you are extremely mechanically inclined. Once you start to take the old tread off you are at the point of no return. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Fits I ROBOT 655 *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 16, 2023* Good value item vs stock I ROBOT wheel module replacement. Front pivot wheel direct replacement for I ROBOT 655, no issues. Removing the worn out rubber drive tires is a chore if you have not replaced them before. Mine were well worn and required a utility knife, flat head screw driver and pliers to remove. As others have stated on YouTube videos, there is a layer of OEM glue and nubs that hold the tire on the wheel surface. As part of the installation, I found that I needed to go back and scrape off the glue on the wheel surface as it caused the replacement tire to ride too high making the rotation very rough inside the wheel fender. After scraping off old glue the replacement tire pressed into the wheel groove much better and allowed adequate rotation within the wheel fender. Over all this set is a good value but required some manual labor to remove old rubber tires. If my 655 lasts through this set of tires I will probably save the time and effort and buy the OEM I ROBOT wheel assembly.
