I find the garland perfectly full and sturdy. Yes you need to pull the vines out to freshen the full look but it is possible to work the plastic vines making it more perfect looking. Garland was packaged in a box of good size and wrapped carefully in the box. No smell to the product. Exactly what it looked like and what I wanted. I added fairy lights and that was easy to do.
