A: Yes, I have a Chevy Tahoe and an Expedition and they both have room for 2

A: Yes it can, My 9 yr old grand daughter is 4 ft. tall and about 75 lbs. and it suits her well, The only thing we did not take into account is what kind of car my daughter had. It requires a bit of room and will not fit most mid to small vehicles
