Review: BEST BRAND - Love this brand of rice. I usually buy the carnaroli but they don't have it in the small 1 lb boxes lately. The arborio rice is excellent as well. I just feel that the carnaroli is a bit more creamy. I love the 1 lb boxes. I just use one box per dinner. I am gluten free, and have never had an issue with this brand. Risotto is a little time consuming and requires constant attention when preparing, but definitely worth it. There are so many different variations. Once you master the rice portion, you can really add anything and make it your own. I make several versions. Each has their own flavor profile. Sometimes I use a basic recipe and add whatever I have on hand. Love Love Love Risotto, and Love this brand!
