High quality oven ! - The oven is great . Really nice lock and quality . But keep in mind you need 3 Phase Connection which especially in older villas in Dubai you might not have that in place . We had to bring in the electrician to install new cables to achieve that in our villa . That was quite expensive. How ever , the oven is really good . Review: No service if bought online - I bought it online and was excited about it but in less than one week one of the cooking heads stopped working. The oven door doesn't close properly when it is on. I tried to get desertcart or the seller come and repair that but only returns were possible. So I am retuning it although I loved initially. I think there was a problem in the unit from the start. Next time I will not buy large appliances from online sources.
