Especially the 4:3 aspect screen, and the grippy exterior. Love that.LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!! the "hard" navigation buttons.Great sound quality for both calls and replaying video and music.Good intro for a first smart phone also, just FYI.NOT happy with:Lack of flash for photos. (what WERE you thinking??)Lack of sufficient memory for web browsing, using apps, downloads, etc. Phone will simply shut off whatever app you are using right in the middle of what you're doing. Why why why?? I could live without a flash, ok, but why did you cheap out on memory??Also, has a pretty old version of Android, sufficient for my needs right now, but I'm running into situations were sites/apps simply won't work, won't connect, won't download etc. (error msg...your phone/version is not compatible, etc.) And, you can't upgrade to a newer version.
