After every sip of the Simply Slender drink, I drank water. This product had me moving around, cleaning up lol. I should give it a four star though for the simple fact they don't mention you need and must intake sea salt. If all you're doing is peeing that means your bringing out good sodium which we need. Sometimes we think it's sugar we need when most of the time its the salt. I also experienced cold chills.I went a whole four days, day three was the worst at night though. I say this because I really felt like I was going to pass out. I didn't have a taste for food though but I needed something right away and veggies, fruits wasn't the help. I ended up eating a freaking cupcake lol yes a cupcake. My faintness went way. It was almost like I was delusional idk. This product will decrease your appetite... Well it did with mine. I went all day for three days without real food. Only fruits and veggies, expect on the 3rd night ; (. However I woke up back on the product. Made me some sea salt water and it bounced me back.You will peeeeeeeeeeeee you pee pee cat off seriously lol. Do drink mad water, if you're not a water fan add lemon to it. I ate salad without dressing, what I did with my salad, I put about 5 grapes and squeezed lemon over my salad. You could even put a Lil vinegar over it for a taste if you like bitter stuff. I just wanted a taste in my salad. I ate bananas, grapes, strawberries, oranges, carrot, cabbage, broccoli cauliflower, blueberry, lemon, water, water, water, water, and salt water. Well I only had salt water on day 4 I should have on day 3.As long as you're on this product don't get comfortable because you're going to pee pee even when you are at your best sleep. As far as number 2 nope no help with that while on this drink. Good thing I had some laxatives hanging round over here. But omg.. Laxatives and this drink.... Lorrddd your poop will run like pee. But you will get up feeling light. I'm not sure if I lost weight lmao I'm playing but I'm not at the same time. My scale be lying but my eyes and the way I feel doesn't. Before drinking this stuff I didn't weigh myself. Silly me..I did order 3 More bottles and this time I'll see. However I'll be going 4 days then rest for 2 days then start again. Getting up out your good sleep isn't fun. Oh and my pee pee cat kinda feels idk but someone did mention to check in with your doctor for uti etc.. Taste good, just drink a lot of water you'll be fine. I mostly use right before a big event or occasion & want to look good & feel good. I normally love carbs so my face tends to look round & tummy tends to bloat. But this drink helps me slim down & take away the bloat. I go extreme & ONLY drink the drink & water for 5 days straight. Mon-Fri. I know it sounds crazy but once you do it, you’re like wow, that wasn’t bad at all because the appetite suppressants in it don’t make you feel hungry. Also, it’s weird you kind of start craving it. Just keep busy to keep your mind off food & don’t exercise while you fast. You’re just asking to get dizzy & pass out. I actually look forward to not having to worry about what I’m going to eat, cook or spend money on food. So helps me de-stress in that aspect lol. But as a result after the 5 days my tummy goes down soooo much, my face slims out, & of course I lose weight. It’s my saving grace every time. I know & understand it is just a temporary fix & don’t depend on having lasting results after fasting. The cap looked like it cracked and the outer seal was missing. I thought to myself, okay, not too bad. The bottle was still heavy enough to probably get the 2 days worth out of it. When I opened it, the inner seal was also missing. I looked under the cap to see if it was there, and it wasn't. I tried to do a return, but I'm unable to, unless I send the bottle back to Amazon. Why would I send a leaking bottle back to Amazon, with the possibility that it could leak more, and then I wouldn't receive credit because it's received damage back at their warehouse?? Please make it make sense! If they had just asked for pictures, that would have been doable...but to ask for something broken?? It'll be awhile before I order this again, because as I previously said, the product works (for me).
