At 5'2 my torso is small. This fits perfectly. my Waist is 36 inches and it goes around with lots of room to spare. Great buy.

This item does not work close to how it is described. It doesn't fit snuggly as it stretches and gives too much. It looks extremely bulky under clothing (work out clothes). I didn't notice any different in wearing this belt and not wearing anything. I didn't notice my abdomen sweating any more.

It's really ok. It help me sweat. I'm not a sweater really. So far so good. No complains at all.

It's pretty and the cell phone holder is pretty convenient. BUT being a cell phone holder is probably the only thing going for it. Save your money and buy one from Walmart. I'm 5'5 and weigh about 130. It fits perfectly. Basically no wiggle room. Smaller than I thought it would be. Not very wide, and the Walmart one I own works much better. I was disappointed.

It made my tummy feel tighter no results yet... :) gave it three stars because it wasn't too terrible. Had it for two months.

this really isnt a waist cincher/trimmer, which i thought it was. i dont get how there are so many good reviews. its like a thing to wrap around ur waist to hold ur phone and thats it. it doesnt really even work as a weight lifting abdomen support belt because of how flimsy it is. Whether your using it as a waist cincher or as something for abdomen support it doesnt do the job at all. it just keeps ur abdomen warm
