## Questions & Answers

**Q: where are these made?**
A: Not at home to check the box.

**Q: Where are these made?**
A: I’m not sure. I bought them for a particular student as they had sensory issue with the longer pencils; the student was able to push the lead through the pencil. He was in kindergarten; I don’t believe they are the better choice of what is available.

**Q: lead color ?????**
A: Grey. The lead is graphite.

**Q: My first order of these shipped in a bag & all of the pencils came loose from their boxes. If I order again, will you ship them correctly?**
A: When I ordered these small pencils my pencils came in a box and they were fine not in a bag good luck Gerald
