Very stiff and does not rotate very well at all for us.. I bought this specifically to be able to easily remove the seat but this product failed us. Just cut away a small area. Only took a minute and was easy to do. Otherwise the level won’t fully engage and lock the two pieces together. Depends on the seat style your attaching it to.
