This one is also too expensive (in my opinion) but it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. I have had it for five months now, and it's absolutely a game changer in the kitchen. It's sturdy enough it doesn't melt or warp at high heats, and it cools down quickly enough that I can even eat out of it (one pot, singles meal! LOL).
