I will admit, I thought I didn’t need to replace to the filters in my Cat Mate, but when the water stopped flowing I realized I was so wrong. So I found these and decided to give them a try. There's really only one way for the cartridges to fit in my Cat Mate fountain, so using these is a breeze. Each filter is individually wrapped and lasts me about 4 to 5 weeks and my cats love clean, fresh running water. These filters are very effective in trapping the ick that that tends to clog the motor of the Cat Mate. I’ve had my Cat Mat for about a year now and I’m happy with it and these replacement cartridges. This is a great value and I would definitely buy these again without hesitation.
