I figured this would be a semi cheap knife that was still usable. I was wrong. It is a really nice knife. The blade is thick enough and rigid. The handle is beautiful. It feels great in the hand and it was sharp enough to shave when it arrived.

This is a lovely looking knife! It is made of strong, durable and sturdy material. It holds well adn fits my hand perfectly. It has some weight to it, which helps with controlled cuts. It is incredibly sharp.. my new favorite knife in the kitchen! You even get a sleeve cover to protect it in the drawer.

The media could not be loaded. Very very very sharp out of the box. My wife and I cook a lot. I decided to splurge and get a very nice chef knife for us to sharer. This feels comfortable with both my “smaller but thick hands” as well as her “Much smaller delicate hands”. I really feel that if you had larger hands and all choked up less than the way I am holding the knife in the video it would also be comfortable. The knife from the point it transitions to the handle is also very well balanced. The knife is actually really pretty as well with a somewhat mirrored finish on the blade.I’m very happy.I hope this was helpful.

This is a gorgeous knife! There are a few things that make it very special.Most important to me is that it's full-tang, which means the knife runs the full length from the tip of the cutting blade all through the handle. That's fabulous because it's not two pieces that can separate, which is important for safety and the longevity of a knife.It's a nice heavy quality knife so you don't have to work hard to cut.The handle is shaped beautifully for hand comfort. If you spend a lot of time in the kitchen, that really matters.And the pattern on blade is beautiful! That part's just frosting on the cake, but such yummy frosting! Totally recommend!

This is my third knife from Zinple. I bought the third one because it would be discontinued. And it is not available now. After a year of use it's still sharp. I still have 2 brand new ones in my drawer. I bought three knives from other brands and they got dull too quickly.

it comes fairly sharp, but i do recommend having the tools to keep it sharpened to above 4,000 grit. it has reduced the effect onions have on my eyes. It hasn't totally eliminated eye irritation but it's a help, having ventilation in your kitchen is still helpful.

The knife has a great edge, stays sharp with continuous use and good weight. The only problem i found with it is that the handle is slippery when wet, making it harder to grip.
