I use it 2 times a day. My nerve pain has diminished. Is it gone yet, no. It is much more manageable. My biggest beef, when my feet heat up in my sneakers, boy howdy it burns. That being said, when it gets hot I take off my shoes. I assume as I lessen my capzix this will lessen. To sum it up is it worth it? Yes. Yes, it does make your arm(s) feel hot, but the itch did go away for me. Careful not to touch your eyes. However, I've used a couple of other brands in the recent past and with each of them I could feel the warmth almost immediately and in about 30 minutes the pain would go away. This Capzix Cream did not give off any warmth and provided no pain relief. I suspect it's just lotion like any hand lotion with zero Capsaicin. I say this because I touched my tongue to where I'd applied it and there was not chili pepper tingle.
