If you fly often, expect to have to replace these filters twice a year or more depending on conditions. The reason is that, at least with my set, the coating, despite being effective, is so smeary that the dust in the case had already ruined the edges and trying to clean the lens made it worse! I had messaged Polar Pro about this and they offered an exchange, but I was able to test a different set from a retail store and they had the same problem so I didn't initiate a return. I looked at a recent set of filters and they still have the same problem. It's unfortunate, because the colors that these lenses bring out are unmatched. They will give you the best image. Just be very careful to not touch the lens in any way, and occasionally clean the threads of your drone because the little particles that rub off over time will start to stick to the glass. Even with extreme care, dust and other particles in the air will erode the coating in the center (see attached image), hence the need to replace them. I've tried cleaning them with lens pens, gentle dish soap, etc., and nothing restores them, which tells me that it is an issue with the coating itself getting worn away. It would be ideal if there was a clear glass cover that was part of the lens to protect the sensitive vivid coating. The filter itself is already very light weight and has given me no issues with my gimbal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Nice product with poor quality control *by K***O on Reviewed in the United States on October 28, 2016* Other reviewers have mentioned the same problem. They look like well made filters and they fit my Phantom 4 nicely. The problem was that one of the filters in the set has fungus, or manufacturing mess, all over it and is unusable. I have contacted the company to request a replacement and hopefully they will respond soon as I needed them for a shoot this weekend and now will not have the full set to use. The polarization effect does not seem to be extremely strong, but only slightly noticeable. It should definitely help the image quality, however, and I like have the 3 levels of ND available. These screw on, replacing the factory UV filter. I also have the press-on ND filters from Polar Pro that are universal for the P3 & P4, but I do not like how tight they are when pressed on. It takes a lot of force to remove them and I'm concerned about damaging the gimbal in the process. These screw-on filters should be much better, if they replace the defective unit.update 11/9/2016I emailed Polar Pro about the defective filter and they were prompt to reply and send a replacement. So, although initial quality control may be hit or miss, they do stand by the product and now I have a complete set of nice filters. I got some good footage, but noticed some bouncing in the camera during certain modes of flight that I haven't seen before (I've flown it in some pretty stiff winds before and never noticed the bouncing/vibration). I'm wondering if the extra weight has something to do with that. I didn't use a scale to weigh the filters, but it's obvious they're heavier than the one that comes on the P4 camera. I'll have to use them a bit more to see if that continues and if it is in fact the weight.Original review: When these were delivered, one of them had an interesting defect. I'm not sure what it was (if anyone knows, feel free to fill me in) but I called and got a replacement. I haven't had the opportunity to use them on my P4, so I can't fully review them yet, but will update later.
