**Q: how long does it stay frozen/cold?**
A: This stays extremely cold for well over 30 minutes.  I have had it on my knee for an hour and it is still cold.

**Q: Do you get one or two ice pack holders?**
A: One holder but two ice packs. Works great.

**Q: How do you wrap it around your shoulders or upper neck?**
A: It is just one single wrap, so it will wrap around the neck, but not long enough for my shoulders.

**Q: Can i leave in the freezer**
A: I have left the pack in the freezer without issue thus far.
