Review: Reliable, cheap fix for loud noises - Great quality for the price and short term use. The number of silicones inside is a substantial amount , you can re use them but I find after 2 uses it’s best to switch. They block out a significant amount of noise. I live right on a busy road and it removes the constant noise of traffic to virtually silence with a few loud noises seeping through ie ambulances yet this is still faint. If you are watching a show at medium volume with these on and your laptop nearby it’ll feel like it’s on low. Provided you follow the strict application instructions on the packet you will be able to see difference. The fit and comfort level is adequate , a little inconvenient but the reduced sound is worth it. If you are looking for a quick and cheap fix these are the best to buy judging from the current customer reviews of others on the website. Good level of sleep quality little to no disruption in REM for me personally.

**Q: Are these easy to put in?  I can’t get regular foam ones inserted correctly.**

Please check out the instructional video on the product detail page to ensure you're getting the best fit and performance. The earplugs should be inserted enough so that there is just enough of the earplug sticking out of the ear canal that you can grab them with your thumb and forefinger for removal. This will help ensure a proper seal and noise reducing benefits as well keeping the earplugs securely in your ears. I bought these for a concert as I wanted to get better noise reduction and fit from the standard sizing. They worked great, and I continue to use them for other purposes such as reading books. I am easily distracted when I read, and these help a LOT when you want to get a few chapters done in a certain amount of time. Once these ones wear out, I'll definitely get them again.
