Review: good quality - I bought three of these storage bins. All three arrived in good condition with no damage in shipping. The containers are very sturdy. The lid hinge is a little weak as are the latches, but I am still very satisfied with my purchase.

The first thing I did when my box arrived was to stock it with bolts, nuts, screws, fuses, and electrical connectors. After getting it loaded with my most used hardware. It’s saved me numerous trips to the hardware store which is miles away. Yea I had the plastic containers before but they would inevitably break then I’d have expensive tiny components all over the place getting destroyed. This box is steel and pretty darn durable. I expect it to last years saving me a lot of money and time replacing items I used to have in plastic containers. IMO the box is worth every penny that it’s sold for.

**Q: The description lists 2 conflicting outside dimensions.  Which one is correct and need exact please? Thanks**
A: The box is 18” wide, 12” deep and 3” tall. 

The lid “ over hangs “ the sides, which brings it to 18 3/8” wide. 

All the Durham “ large boxes “ are the same external dimensions. 

I have purchased 11 boxes so far...

**Q: what are the sizes of compartments?**
A: the compartments ARE 3 25/32 WIDE AND 2 27/32 DEEP

**Q: Can the inserts be removed?**
A: No the inserts can not be removed

**Q: Does Durham make a sheet for inside the lid that you can note what is in each compartment?**
A: All the ones that I have received, do have a label sheet enclosed.
