This probiotic is the best. I have used this product for more than a month now. While many other products provide relief for a few days or weeks, Comforte’s Probiotic-40 has given me consistent relief since I started using it on April 7th. I have not had stomach upset or felt bloated since I started using it, neither have I had any adverse side effects. The capsules are thin and easy to swallow. I have found no need to eat food or snacks before taking the capsules. I compared taking the daily dose of 2 capsules in the morning versus taking one capsule in the morning and one in the evening; I found the latter to provide better sustained relief.Before this product, Dannon’s Activia low fat yogurt was the last product I relied on for sustained relief from my IBS. As everyone knows, yogurt is not the easiest item to carry around, especially when traveling away from one’s home city. With Comforte’s probiotic, this problem has been solved once and for all. This probiotic even prevents the indigestion and sleeplessness I used to suffer whenever I had my dinner too late at night.
