I had it plugged in and it just stopped** A: Same here. Purchased 12/30/21 and is now "dead" in that the lights only stay on. No way to turn them off or change their color or any control. White adapter is the issue as I replaced the button battery in the remote with a new one, and the remote is sending out IR just fine with button pushes.
