## Overview

WoodEpox 2 Gallon Kit is a premium 2-part epoxy wood filler designed for permanent, shrink-free repair and rebuilding of rotted or missing wood. With a 20-30 minute working time, it bonds strongly to wood and other rigid surfaces, resists weather, moisture, and insect damage, and can be sanded, drilled, nailed, stained, or painted after curing. Lightweight and sag-resistant, it’s perfect for structural and decorative wood restoration indoors and outdoors.

## Description

Permanently fill, repair, and replace missing wood indoors and outdoors on structural and decorative substrates. WoodEpox is a shrink-free epoxy putty and bonds to most surfaces. It's lightweight, has a no-slump consistency, is dimensionally stable, and can be used in any thickness or shape. It works for windows, sills, thresholds, doors, frames, shutters, columns, posts, balusters, floors, furniture, sculptures, artwork, and more. This interior and exterior wood filler can bond or bridge separated sections of wood and fill and patch substrates other than wood, including ceramics, stucco, concrete, and rigid surfaces.

Review: out of date an unsealed - Abatron WoodEpox Kit - 2 Gallon - australia - I'm return item as one part was out of date second part was openned - surprised by seller desertcart u.s. letting this one slip. its ment to be a great product though!
Review: Lighter than Body Putty, Easy to Use - I used this to fill in voids in some of the logs in our cabin after removing loose wood and treating the remaining wood with the company's Wood Epoxy. This stuff is like light, fluffy foam clay. Mix the two parts in your hands (wear gloves) and stuff it i to any voids and it will harden up nicely so you can shape it with normal wood-shaping tools (files, rasp, sanders, etc). Then prime and paint. They say it won't absorb water, and so far I believe them!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: i want to fill in decorative grooves approx 1/4 inch deep on kitchen cabinet doors. Then paint the doors. Will this work?**
A: Yes, but for grooves only 1/4 inch deep, and a paint finish, I would spend less and use bondo. WoodEpox is generally better for larger patch applications, or where sagging is a concern.

**Q: Can you nail or screw into it?**
A: Yes, you can treat it like normal wood when it cures. You can sand, carve, stain, screw, nail, saw. It's pretty amazing stuff and I have used it for many restoration projects where wood was rotten or missing.

**Q: How long will it take to ship to Hawaii? During this pandemic? Tyia**
A: I don't know. I live in Maine.

**Q: Does it make a difference if I put wood epoxy immediately after the liquid wood or could I put it on separate days?**
A: I put the epoxy on when the liquid wood gets tacky. The liquid wood has a glossy surface when it dries so your guess about adhering to a slick surface as opposed to a tacky one is as good as mine
