OSC radiators are technically advanced and made from premium grade Alcoa aluminum. The tubes are cadmium plated inside and out to prevent premature failure. OSC does not substitute aluminum coolers in place of Stainless Steel plate or Copper and Brass concentric coolers and they use a die cut gasket to ensure there are no leaks. Each radiator is individually pressure tested and engineered for multi-fit without compromising the look and fit. All necessary fittings or hardware are included in each unit. All units meet OES cooler design with copper concentric coolers and plate coolers where originally equipped. Review: Well worth the extra money! - Unit arrived on time and was undamaged. Everything that came with the unit seems of superior quality, and unlike the other brand radiators that have the thinnest cores they can get away with, this core was slightly thicker than stock. It did not affect the fit at all though. I've put a lot of miles on my truck since installing this radiator and it has been 100% trouble free. No leaks whatsoever and the temp stays rock solid even in the west Texas desert heat. I just ordered another one for my old Nissan truck! Review: 07 dodge mega cab 5.7l hemi install - Updste 3/10/20 the radiator started leaking from the coils and neither desertcart or the manufacturer will respond about the manufacturer limited lifetime warranty of workmanship! No damage to coils anywhere around the leak or anywhere else! Install was easy and so far it's been 3 days and its holding up!
