It will make an initial groove in the pipe which will eventually become the point that the blade cuts through after you’ve repeated the process of turning the pipe cutter around the pipe whilst adjusting the pipe cutter blade. **Q: Any ideas where the 3 spare cutting wheels are hidden? Other than the tool the box was empty?** A: Remove the screw holding the rotating knob at the top of cutter.
