## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do you remove the casing?**
A: No, you do not remove the casing on these. You can cook it and eat it.

**Q: Are these what they eat in Guam??**
A: These are made in Spain. Never been to Guam, but I am from Puerto Rico another previous Spanish colony and we use them there to add flavor to our food.

**Q: How long is the typical shelf life of the unopened product? The anwers below arent very helpful**
A: I find that these have a use-by date on the package. So since they are like a dry salami, they should last several months unopened, and then use within a week once opened.

**Q: How long do they keep?**
A: Remember that they are cured and therefore they last very, very long time.I assured you that you wil eat them before they go bad.
