Together they provide one of the most versatile humbucker ever built. The JB Model humbucker is our most popular pickup of all time. It adds juice and versatility to the bridge position of any humbucker equipped guitar. With its hot coils, and alnico 5 bar magnet, this pickup delivers an unmistakable upper midrange attack, a tight, articulate low end, and harmonically rich highs that can really sing. The JB is the perfect bridge pickup for anything from blues & country to the meanest hard rock & metal. The Jazz Model neck humbucker uses an alnico 5 bar magnet and a special coil wind for an articulate, glassy treble response that balances very well with its full, but tight low end. The scooped midrange gives this pickup a smooth tonal character all its own. Originally designed as the matching neck pickup for the JB Model bridge pickup, the Jazz is an incredibly versatile humbucker that will work for almost any style of music. The Jazz Model is an excellent neck position counterpart for almost any of our moderate to high-output bridge humbuckers. The Jazz Model has been used by many great players over the decades, from Randy Rhoads to Jeff Beck to Seymour W Duncan. Hand built in our Santa Barbara, CA, factory, these humbuckers use an alnico 5 bar magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and are vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance. ## Features - Clear bright sound, perfect for articulate rhythm playing - Uses 4C shielded cables - Perfect for searing leads - Great for everything from hard blues to heavy rock - Versatile humbucker combinations ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0007TYPYQ | | Back Material | Metal | | Body Material | Mahogany Wood | | Color Name | Black | | Connector Type | 4 conductor plug | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars (790) | | Date First Available | 5 August 2012 | | Fretboard Material | Maple or Rosewood | | Guitar Bridge System | x | | Guitar Pick Thickness | x | | Guitar Pickup Configuration | H-H | | Item Weight | 340 g | | Item model number | JB and Jazz Set | | Material Type | Stainless-Steel | | Musical Style | x | | Neck Material Type | Maple | | Number of Strings | 6 | | Product Dimensions | 15.88 x 11.43 x 3.81 cm; 340.19 g | | Region of Origin | North America | | Size | Medio | | String Gauge | x | | String Material | Alloy Steel | | Top Material | Mahogany Wood | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Seymour Duncan - **Colour:** Black - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 16.8 x 7.3 x 3.9 centimeters - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Model name:** Hot Rodded Humbucker ## Images ![Seymour Duncan JB and Jazz Set Electric Guitar Electronics - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51XWnVokSZL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Seymour Duncan JB and Jazz Hot Rodded Humbucker Set - Electric Guitar Pickups, Perfect for Blues, Rock, Country, and Metal - The Art Of Tone Gavitt Pushback Cloth Wire for Electric Guitar, 22awg Pre-tinned Stranded Copper Wire, 10 feet of Each Color, Black/White/Yellow - Orange Drop Capacitors .022uf / 200v, 715P Series, Tone Capacitor for Electric Guitar & Bass, Pack of 2 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/273497685-seymour-duncan-jb-and-jazz-set-electric-guitar-electronics](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/273497685-seymour-duncan-jb-and-jazz-set-electric-guitar-electronics) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
