Cost effective and the strength of the capsule is of 2000 mg which is amazing. I am a vegetarian and I have multiple health issues. I have started taking fish oil capsules just a month ago and I have noticed the difference in my legs the way I walk. I have aggregated vata dosha and diabetic neuropathy since 2014. I have lot of pain in my whole body, especially in my legs. I am feeling muçh better now. I suggest that give it try.

Bad smell almost the whole day
I am giving feedback after using for almost 2 weeks. This leaves bad smell through out the day whenever you have burps or eat anything.

Good Product
I have used so many fish oil brands for last 7years bust these capsules are nice, no fishy brups. This also gives double the EPA & DHA compared to other brand in the price segment which is great. Overall a decent purchase, I am going to stick to them until the price is hiked or something. 💯
