It does NOT rotate 360 degrees as the seller advertises. However, there is a small setscrew which rides in a groove in the moving pump portion. I will remove this setscrew and see how that works. I think the screw is to reduce play in the assembly but no info from the seller in their info sent with the pump. **Q: How wide is the base and how tall from counter top to top of dispenser?** A: 3.25" high and 1.5 inches at the base. **Q: am i missing something here or does the top move side to side a lot?** A: Yes it does move slightly. if you hit it doesn’t break off Like all the other ones.
