Thanks.** A: I measured the bolt at 3/8" threaded diameter with 2 1/4" of threaded length. Since this is not specified in the description and other bolt lengths would work the same, it may be you'd end up with a different bolt length. **Q: Would this stand up to the abuse of an ATV, as a dry storage tube cap?** A: I would think so. It’s pretty sturdy **Q: Will this seal the 31/4" cleanout hole in 4" cast iron sewer line?** A: This plug properly fits a 4" hole. Mine is in use so I cannot measure it. However, I also purchased the 3" plug and I believe it would be more appropriate. At max, it achieves about 3 1/8 seal. If you wrap enough material around the 3" you might get a more usable product. **Q: End of RV slinky storage tube is 4.5 " diameter. When rubber is compressed will this be tight enough to survive vibration of normal travel?** A: It's meant to hold fast in a firm pipe, like PVC. I wouldn't recommend it for a hose or pipe with give. The rubber gasket only moves out a little bit when tightened.
