## Description

Product Description Softens Dry Skin Nutrient Rich Ingredients: Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil. Condition: Dry skin in need of moisturization. Solution: Avocado oil is a versatile, nutrient-rich vegetable oil. Heavy in texture, it helps to keep skin supple, while lubricating and forming a barrier that prevents moisture loss. When used as a massage oil, it’s soft, soothing and leaves no greasy residue. NOW® Solutions products are analytically tested to assure the highest quality. NOW® Solutions products are not tested on animals. Brand Story By NOW Foods

## Features

- FOR SOFT, HEALTHY SKIN: A nutrient-rich vegetable oil. Heavy in texture, avocado oil helps to keep skin supple, while thoroughly moisturizing and softening stubborn, dry or rough skin
- NUTRIENT RICH: When used as a massage oil, it’s soft, soothing, and leaves no greasy residue
- HYDRATING: NOW Solutions products are not tested on animals. Clear bottle contains UV light protectant
- NOW is transitioning our carrier oil bottles to be made from 100% PCR (post-consumer recycled) resin. The new PCR bottle gives a darker appearance to the oils. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the oil.
- GMP Quality Assured: NPA A-rated GMP certification means that every aspect of the NOW manufacturing process has been examined, including our laboratory/testing methods (for stability, potency, and product formulation)
- Founded in 1968 by Elwood Richard, NOW is one of the largest independent, family- and employee-owned manufacturers of natural products

## Questions & Answers

**Q: is this oil mixed with vegetable oil, or is it just avocado oil?**
A: It's pure Avocado oil.

**Q: Hello Can apply it on face skin?**
A: Yes you can. It has almost no odor and is easy to apply. If your skin is prone to dryness, a small amount if this oil will help.

**Q: Has anyone compared this to Neutrogena Body Oil, Light Sesame Formula? Is it thicker? Does it absorb fast? Thank you.**
A: I used the Neutrogena sesame oil long ago. I LOVED that stuff, but there are many additives in it if I recall. Avocado oil is additive-free and I completely love it and know what it is! A little goes a long way. I use it on skin and on my hair (I use it with castor oil for the oil cleanse).

**Q: Can you use this in your hair?**
A: Absolutely! I use from hair to toes. Naptural85 onYoutube hipped me to this oil and I love it. Some other favorites are sweet almond and safflower, try blending the three for a hot oil treatment on your hair ... awesome. All three are unscented. A little goes a long way. My hair has grown 4 inches since January 2014. Another favorite oil is coconut, which has a natural sweet coconut scent. Also HeyFranHey on YouTube hipped me to cleaning and moisturizing my face with pure sweet almond oil, I use Now Foods, HeyFranHey uses LifePro - amazing!
